After a ridiculously expensive election season followed by a fiscal cliff countdown rivaling that of y2k, welcoming a new Congress feels like having to wake up on the first day of school after winter break — painful. To ease the transition and to help keep spirits reasonably bright — but no less critical — through what will surely be a fun-filled 113th session, we bring you a new series, titled "Corruption Isn't Funny."
